Framework agreements
Bring us your best framework agreement.
We will try to beat it. If we cannot, we will be the ones to say so.
We compare your agreement with our model: cost, seniority, engagement model and expected result. On your numbers, not our examples. It is 11 questions and about ten minutes, and the questions adapt to your answers.
- The comparison starts from your agreement, not from our price list.
- If your model is already the better deal, we will be the ones to say so.
- No obligation to award us anything.
Why we do this
We are not trying to prove we are cheaper.
We want to find out whether we can genuinely do better. An agreement can have a competitive rate and still cost more once you count seniority, ramp-up, replacements, unused days and supplier management.
On your numbers
The comparison starts from your agreement, not from our price list.
Four dimensions
Cost, seniority, engagement model and expected result, measured on the same lines.
Even against ourselves
If your model is already cheaper or a better fit, we will be the ones to say so. No obligation to award us anything.
How it works
How it works
About ten minutes to tell us about your agreement and what you want compared. The half-day that follows is at our expense.
You tell us how you buy
A few questions about the agreement, the buying model and what you would like to improve. The questions adapt to your answers.
We prepare the comparison
If you want, you send us the agreement or price list to compare. We arrive already prepared.
Four hours together
We put your model and ours side by side: cost, seniority, engagement model, result. And we see where we can be more competitive.
What we put to the test
What we can put to the test
Rates
The price you pay today against our model.
Seniority
Not just what a day costs, but who actually delivers it.
Total cost
Ramp-up, replacements, management, unused days and other indirect costs.
Buying model
Time and materials, project, subscription or mixed: which works best in your case?
Supplier panel
Whether and how opening the agreement to new suppliers would help.
Osservatorio
Your answers feed a market benchmark.
Your answers also help us build the Oncode Osservatorio on how technology services get bought.
Aggregate only
Data used for the Osservatorio is presented in aggregate.
It is optional
You do not need to take part in the Osservatorio to get the comparison: we ask at the end, and it is optional.
Never your details
Name, company and email are never published.
Privacy
Your data, no surprises.
Who reads them
Your answers are read by the people preparing the half-day.
We do not pass them on
We do not sell or pass on your data.
In the Osservatorio
Only aggregate data goes into the Osservatorio.
Deletion
You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by writing to [email protected].
Contacts
Would you rather send us the paperwork first?
If you need to qualify us before talking, write to us: the folder with compliance certificates, financials, insurance and certifications goes out the same day.
